NASA ScienceCasts

NASA ScienceCasts is an acclaimed video series that brings cutting-edge space science discoveries and research to the public through engaging, accessible content. The series is produced for NASA’s International Space Station Program Research Office and NASA’s Science Mission Directorate. ScienceCasts transform complex scientific concepts into compelling visual stories. Episodes feature original 2D and 3D animations that bring scientific phenomena to life, paired with professionally directed narration that guides viewers through the content.

As Producer of the series, I’ve been responsible for the end-to-end production of over 330 episodes since 2011. My role encompasses preparing and executing comprehensive project plans for each episode while managing multiple stakeholders including subject matter experts and public affairs officials, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with NASA’s communication priorities. I’ve also directed the creative team in video production and the development of original 2D and 3D animations, and personally directed all voiceover recording sessions. I managed the series’ distribution strategy across multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, X, and the NASA Image and Video Library.
